Clay pieces can touch and even stack in a bisque firing. Clay will not stick together. Student Notes:
Clay pieces MUST NOT touch or they will stick together. Glaze will turn into a glass like surface so anything touching will bond together. The Bottoms of the pottery must be washed. Use stilts while firing to lift off the bases |
