SnipsStraight-pattern are best for straight cuts, but can handle gentle curves. Duckbill-pattern snips, also known as trojan-pattern snips, have blades that taper down from the pivot to the tip of the blades. The blade edges are also bevelled to more easily cut curves and circles or shapes.

Wire CuttersThere are simple wire cutters or flush wire cutters. Normal wire cutters will give you a clean cut and professional look. If you are working with beading wire like tigertail use an old pair of cutters as it tends to blunt them. Flush cutters allow a flat even cut in the tightest of places, make sure you keep the waste side of the wire towards the concave side of the cutters.

Pickle PotThis acid and water bath is warmed in an old crock pot and used to remove fire scale

Copper TongsOnly remove items from the pickle with these tongs. if items are too small put on a rubber glove and remove the item.
